Alternative Investment in Collateralized Gold Contract for 2,500 to 5,000 ounces of gold! Great Return on Investment!
My company is selling a fully-collateralized gold contract for the mining, processing and refining of a minimum of 2,500 to a maximum of 5,000 ounces of .9999 refined one ounce gold coins of your choice, e.g., American Eagle, Maple Leaf, Philharmonic, etc. The Gold Coins are to be delivered monthly, based on the amount of ore processed monthly, over a maximum 10-year term and secured by a Deed of Trust on 105 acres of rich gold-bearing real estate and a completed 50 ton/day hard-rock mill, and a UCC-1 on heavy equipment and other personal property. The collateral property has an estimated value of $20 Million. The Proven, probable and inferred gold resources are over $1.3 billion on this property, excluding the real estate and equipment value.
With the current global debt crisis, massive government spending and the biggest budget deficits in Unites States history, high inflation is right around the corner and the price of gold is expected to top $2,000/oz by most industry analysts' forecasts. This would result in a contract valued at between $5 to $10 million and most likely the higher end of that range as the owner is contractually obligated to mine and process the highest grade ore which has assays as high as 1.4 ounce/ton with an average assay value of 0.3 ounce/ton. Guaranteed Annual Minimum Gold Coin Delivery of 250 to 500 Ounces! Recent equipment additions will increase the Mill capacity to 75 to 100 tons per day, which probably will provide payment in full in roughly five years versus the 10-year Term of Contract!
