Description:
I am a partner in a small construction company and we are adding a division to the business that has huge revenue earning potential. This division will consist of a consulting piece along with PM, and physical changes to be made through construction. It is an effort to bring businesses up to speed on a Government Agency regulation(s) that has been mandated but is not advertised. There is no competition for this business in the Midwest. We have been developing and structuring this concept on our own dollar funded through our existing construction business. There are huge earning potentials on the business end not much needed for "hard cost" or "overhead" expenses. We are nearing our launch date and are looking for some additional capital to enable us to keep up with the speed at which we believe this will take off.
