I'm seeking funding to finished a 2 family dwelling. i have own this property for 3 years will like to rehab . the work will only take 45 days .i need 30k to finish when done i cound sale for a nice profit or refin an rent $2000 a month whatever work for my investor. my lender will make 18% or $7000 off this deal .i have more deal i will like to talk about. thanks for your time
