Description:
Development Company, building 50 single family homes in a gated community. There are too many details to go into here but this new area has the potential, we believe to be the next big retirement/second home destination in Mexico. This development company already owns the land and has most of the permitting and all of the architecture finished (including topography).
We have started the marketing research and development of the website and now in the position that We need funding to get the project off the ground.
