Description:
I will take $250,000.00 and return to the investor $500,000.00 to $750,000.00 within a year. What makes this project attractive is the price for the goods and the fact, no one has them. I have proof I have purchased some of these items at unbelievable low prices.
The $250,000.00 within 45 days will turn into $859,000.00 on paper. The cash out would take about another 90 days. Then the $800,000.00 will turn into 2.1 million in the next 45 days. This will be achieved by being simple. Every construction project now, needs plumbing supplies such as pex fitting and tools. I have paid $7-8.00 for a $134.00 pex tool. I have pex fittings at $0.21 which cost $1.34 at home depot and 15% less at the wholesale houses. I have a $3500.00 toilet, which cost me $300.00.
Governments are telling me what they need. They need fire hydrants and sleeves; cameras, which cost $2000.00 a unit installed, and I can provide them at $300.00 and make a nice profit, my cost $34.00. The need for DVR 32 channel recorders are costing governments $6600.00 and I have them at $2500.00 and make a very nice profit.
Your financing will serve a purpose of filling a gap. I have access to every major project in the USA. The projects I am looking at are those which have performance and payment bonds attached.
I am Master Mechanical in HVAC but the money is in plumbing.
