Experienced Real Estate Firm Completed 90th Rehab Project

We focus on distressed property, and we pay all cash, and thus, we're able to acquire real estate at a tremendous discount. Our average turnaround time from purchase, to rehab, to resale is less than 70 days. However, due to new end-buyer financing regulations, we tell all our private partners it could be up to 6 months.

We're seeking additional sources of funding for these projects in the form of private partners, as we currently have 20 under contract in the Northern MA / Southern NH markets, with many more to come. Currently averaging VERY attractive returns.
