Fix n Flip Investment Opportunity
Start up fund so I can buy property at a great price fix and flip. I need a team of five a labor, electrician,plumber,and carpenter. With this team of people we can get the ball rolling. The Baltimore area have a lot of property in their downtown area that in a year or too that property will be hot but it need a lot of love to it now. If I can get a few to fix up and rent for now and flip later your dollars will be well investment. Spivey Notes is looking in the future with the property of today. Taking the building that standing and putting life back in them. The dream I have is not just to buy but once I have the fund I need part two of my dream being. For now its getting home, 4 unit etc...
