Description:
We are looking for joint venture partners for various types of real estate deals. Some are construction of senior facilities, hotels, self storage facilities, senior low income housing and apartments. Other deals would consist of buying some bank owned commercial buildings at a major discounted note converting them to cash flowing properties to either portfolio or sale. We have over 65 years of experience. We have our in house construction department, leasing & managment department and legal department. We are a complete development team lacking some cash/equity to take advantage of the current deals and the current construction costs.
