We are in the final R&D stage for 6 medical devices related to glucose monitoring. These devices (3 patents pending) are designed to improve the communication between the Medicare provider and patients under their care and to conform within stringent Medicare guidelines. THIS IS A REVOLUTIONARY SYSTEM THAT WILL CHANGE THE MARKET! We have been in development for over 2 years and have invested over 1.5 million in this project. We also have verbal commitments for VC funding once the first product clears FDA, the challenge is to fund the first product through the clinical trial and FDA. We are within 60 days of an FDA submission if funded. We need 300k to take one of the products through FDA, 4 million will fund all 6 products and AR for the first 3 years.
