Description:
I am not interested in start up capital, rather in a company that may be interested in an equity position.

The products were tested for three years with amazing results. For example, at a heavily trafficked store it outsold the competition 3:1, the owner's testimonial is on the Web site, and the 66 life guards that tested it now use it, "It's the best." There many other things to be added, the most important of which is two the products protect from insect bites where sprayed, and it's durable because of its properties; the Web site and labels will change to reflect it. We're reviewing on-the-field medical implications.

It's now in the hands of all of the major big box stores: the five have had the products for 6 months and passed their hurdles to where they are now with their product manager; unheard of or an unknown that is going for the most expensive shelf space. The biggest chain just advised they opened a file on our company and the third largest (5,000 stores) is on the their second round at their training store facilities.

There's a mighty barrier to entry. I used one of the top patent attorneys for the past seven years, since inception. It's difficult to make.

By background, I ran two specialty chemical companies simultaneously, which were sold, and another during the past ten years. I am the inventor and owner, and, from experience, the business some day should be worth something with 8 zeroes, which will probably be known with the first couple of contracts, after which I wont be looking for someone to share with what little risk is left.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
