I am requesting funding for an acquisition of an existing clothing optional resort and spa in Palm Springs, CA. The amount of funding requested in $600,000. You will be secured with a first trust deed and an interest in the hotel. The present owner will be carrying a second trust deed in the amount of $400,000 which will make this investment more secure.
