Life gets stressful, sometimes people need a get away to regroup, refresh, and oftentimes heal from the daily grind. The healing arts field is exploding, especially with the ever increasing popularity of yoga.

I am looking for start-up funding to help create a health related retreat center/ bed and breakfast.

I'm a yoga instructor with the hopes of sharing health and healing with all. Along with a team of nutritionists, massage therapists and explorers, our services will encompass the entire mind, body and spirit aspirations of maintaining health and balance.

The location is Charleston, Utah, a small community located 30 miles south of Park City. The home which is for sale is on a lake front property, with the scaling Wasatch Mountains behind in the distance. The lot is 1.5 acres with a preserve behind the property line. Absolutely spectacular environment and a perfect setting for a retreat.

The asking price for the home is half the initially requested selling price, and extremely below market value. The investment would be a great opportunity because the property will only increase in value.
