Description:
I am looking for an investor who can help me get financed or funding to start up my deli and bakery. There is a need in this area with the many retirees and military for a good east coast style deli and bakery with limited baked goods. I successfully ran and co-owned a Catering company for a few years and have an abundance of foodservice and managerial expierence. Our deli's concept is based on that of ingriedients from scratch without processed foods, fresh vegetables, homemade side dishes, and meats and cheese without fillers or byproducts. Our Baked goods goes along the same concept but will leave a yummy place leavign the consumer with a desire to return for more.
