Description:
We are looking for $30,000 to fund the first location of this unique new restaurant idea. Meats cooked on a rotisserie and served cafeteria-style but with just two vegetable choices and two dessert choices will make this the cafeteria equivalent of fast food burgers. No large selections to choose from, just good food served quickly. The first location will be located in a building next to a Dollar General Store and adjacent to a busy McDonald's. This location is also only a half mile from I-74 and on 4-lane state route 51 just about half a mile from the recession resistant cities of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. The investor will receive an annual return of at least 20% and more. Plus with my innovative investment concept, the first investor will also receive much, much more return.
