Investor or partner needed in opening a new Pizzeria & Restaurant in Corning NY... Proven restaurant model with 2 successful locations in operation.
Corning NY is a small city with a fortune 500 company calling it home, it is close to NY's Finger Lakes which offer tons of tourist attractions, as well as award winning wineries. Currently there are no other restaurant operations within a 25 mile radius that offer the type of dining we are planning to.
The owner has over 17 years experience within the industry, with 16 of those years in this restaurant.
We are seeking $75k in start-up funding, which includes 6 months of operating expenses.
