I am attempting to bring a new, unique theme bar to Washington, DC. This bar would be a "stock market" theme and would immediately separate itself from any other bar in the District as there is no other like it. This bar will utilize a system which fluctuates prices of specified drinks, beers, and/or shots based on customer demand, much like a real stock market. The prices have a predetermined minimum and will change based on the amount of orders for them and orders for the other drinks.
Because of the uniqueness of this bar, it will quickly attract customers and I am confident that if used properly, word of mouth will quickly spread and attract more business within six months of opening.
I am seeking investment of approx $1 million. This investment will be used to purchase a bar which is currently for sale, as well as initial expenses.
