Description:
We are an upscale Italian restaurant looking to move to a newly built location. We have a growing business and loyal customer base. We have found a great location less than a mile for our current one with great visability, double our current foot traffic in new strip mall beside a gaming establishment.
We need money for the purchase of new equipment for our new location. Builder/landlord offering free rent for a year and will complete the buildout.
