I am looking to purchase a 4 season, 3 day weekend, NYS registered 200 bed, Upstate New York Retreat, a life style way of life, and fill it 52 weeks a year with New Yorkers and overseas visitors wanting to Getaway and Meetup . I have the already profitable existing business and property lined up and customer connections. I need a partner/investor to work with me to put it together and make it fly.
