Description:
Mixed martial arts (UFC) is the fastest growing sport in the world. I have a concept/ business plan for the nation's first fight/ sports bar. I have been involved in the industry for 15 years, and know exactly how to succesfully run a food and beverage venture. There are a total of five market segments, all of which I understand in depth.

The concept was poled with the consumer for over two years, and the response was ecstatic. I initiated a couple of dry runs at other establishments I worked, and the results were staggering.

Potential growth includes multiple local locations, national expansion, as well as a possible partnership/ buy out by the leading mixed martial arts league, the UFC.
