We are looking for investment capital to launch into the IT training, certification, and consulting arena. Our business model empowers SMB owners to promote their IT staff and reduce their operational costs.
Our owners have a combined experience of over 30 years in the IT industry and have a unique method for delivering our proprietary training materials to ensure maximum retention and legitimacy.
Location, building, website, legal incorporation, EIN, DUNS, are all complete. Investment capital will go to full time sales and marketing, training materials, and minor building renovations.
We are seeking a $250,000 investment which could be angel-entrepreneur investor or an equity-investor. Terms can be negotiated.
Complete business plan including financial projections are available to serious investors.
