Description:
I am a mobile home dealer in Albuquerque NM, I have been in the business for over 17 years. I have been buying used homes and repairing the homes then selling the homes with owner financing. Due to the new "safe act" law this makes owner financing difficult. My plan is to start buying new homes and selling new homes. Financing is available for the new homes with no owner financing.

I am in need of some investment money to purchase these new Homes for display on my lot. I am wanting to stock 3-4 homes for display. Investment needed is around $35,000 per house. Retail for a $35,000 house would be around $55,000.

Homes would be secured by the home itself.
