Description:
The invention will flourish within the clothing sector. It will become a mainstay. Promise. First, if you wish, I can try to get a ship load of orders. Once this is accomplished, I can contact you for the loan. Fair enough? In other words if the checks are in the mail waiting for shipment we have a deal. However, this company "Amazing Products" has no business filing. We need funds to even get this far. We are an IDEA. I need $1,000 up front then I can go after the orders, and then you can fund the $100,000 in that order. The $1,000 will have to be a long term unsecured loan with low interest.
Inventory funding:
Seeking $100,000 loan via Promissory note 90 days. Sole proprietorship with no Paydex credit score, no collateral.
Up front funding:
$1,000 unsecured loan for start up business filing.
We need to talk. Keep in mind. If you are gong to need a tax write off towards the end of the year check with your CPA and see if you could simply throw $100,000 into the fire. If it burns up...no harm....it was a write off anyway and you would have had to pay it to the IRS or send it to a charity.
If you are having a good year this may be the investment for you on a quick turn around from orders.
I will have you sign a disclosure document and send you the invention sample.
