Our company LightWing Studios, manufactures The AxeGlove, a slip on protection system for electric guitars and bass guitars which can be used while playing in the home, in the studio or during live performance. Currently we target our product to Gibson, Fender and Paul Reed Smith instrument owners. Customers love our product as it offers the same level of protection whether they paid $300 or $30,000 for their instrument. We have been in business 3 years and are looking to expand our manufacturing capacity and marketing efforts thru additional outside funding. During the last 3 years our products have been Copyrighted, Trademarked and are Patent Pending. We started with one model in 4 colors and now have the capacity for 11 models in 4 colors, for either Right or Left Handed players giving us a total current offering of 88 versions with more to follow. To date we have sales in all 50 US States and over 25 countries driven from our website and thru trade shows. We have a VERY high level of repeat business. The market we are in, Musical Instrument Accessories, is competitive however we maintain the premier position in our niche. Our product is manufactured in the USA from 100% GREEN Components. With worldwide sales of electric guitars and bass guitars reaching $1 Billion annually, we are targeting a minimum of 1% of that market for a $10 Million sales goal in the next 5 years.
