I am looking for an angel investor to realize a 10-yr old business plan. After 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, doing the website, magazine and events, I have finally made a decision to put up the first Gym. Am planning it in the MRT Shaw Station. Its 200sqm and I am looking for funding. Startup costs is US$30,000. I can pay it back in a year with interest. I have experience in setting up and managing a medium scale gym in 2005. Its still running today. Why not start small? People will come and we need a moderate size gym to accomodate and potentially do this for the long run. The MRT has 500,000 people going in and out of the trains. The Gym is located at the concourse area. We only need 300 regular gym goers paying US$1.00 per session (1hour) everyday to turn a profit. The name of the Gym is already established is already known. We are taking 10 years of promotions, media and expertise into a reality.
