My company devised a revolutionary technology that can disrupt the cycle of germ mutation, and in turn, reduce the spread of the "superbug". The investment we are looking for is a unique opportunity for the investor to actually purchase a percentage of the proceeds from the technology being licensed out. The initial moneys we are asking for would be to complete our 3-D conceptual prototype so that we can license out the device/technology to the interested parties.
