I am seeking for funds to proof the hygrothermal performance of a new Exterior Insulation and Finish System.
It is well known that in the late 90’s, EIFS was almost removed from the new residential construction market, because it failed its waterproofing claim and because there are so many causes that can interfere with the integrity of the system.
I am the inventor of a new System, Technology and Concept that eliminate all problems of the prior EIFS on the market, with many additional benefits, including greatly improved energy efficiency.
Introduction of this new Exterior Insulation System to new or retrofit residential construction and extension of Insulation Finish Systems in commercial buildings will end with a huge saving on energy and many benefits (right now, homes have almost no Exterior Insulation in US, only wall cavity insulation). It is also a weatherization, energy-saving technology that can make buildings more energy-efficient, safe, healthy, durable, comfortable and environmentally responsible.
I am seeking to build a portable functional model, for a complete real-scale demonstration of hygrothermal performance of the new system. The system will be tested this winter (2010 – 2011) in Cold Region of North America and in the summer of 2011 in Hot-Humid Climate of South America.
My system is theoretical and practical proved, and need just to be tested, promoted, licensed and moved on the market.
I offer to investor %25 per annual return for the initial capital investment, percent of the license if want to mentor me through this process, and priority on every investment related to this technology.
