Description:
I would like to open a childrens boutique in my area- which is filled with families. I would like to feature handmade clothing and unique items that people/parents wouldn't be able to find at any store, such as Target or the mall.

I would like to start out fairly small and therefore only needing around $35,000. That would include inventory, equipment, salaries, etc.

I am very confident that the boutique would be successful because 65% of the population of this area is families. People utilize all stores in our area as well because they want to protect the small town appeal that is so wonderful here.
