Seeking Investors for a big retail idea in a small eager town

Description:
My idea for a retail store may be your average clothing store for those in metropolitan areas, but for the little town of Rock Springs, Wyoming it would a wonderful surprise! I want to encorporate the different looks and styles from places such as Hollister Co., American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie, etc. and combine them all in one place.

Residents throughout our town are forced to travel a minimum of three hours away to go shopping to stores such as the ones that I mentioned above. An American Eagle located at the Gateway Mall in Salt Lake City, Utah informed me that 41% of their sales were made to people who have traveled from Rock Springs, Wyoming. There are only three other clothing stores in our mall that would be considered competition, however none of them would carry the look that I am seeking to bring.

I have two years of sales associate experience in the retail world, as well as two more years in the management field of retail. I am obviously in the early stages of my idea, but I am filled with millions of them. All I need now to move forward is your financial help.
