Description:
PhytoCeutica is a development stage company that has completed substantial work on an oncology drug, PHY906, and brought the drug through several Phase I and Phase II trials. They have successful clinical data and are preparing for their FDA End of Phase II (EOP2) meeting. In addition, PhytoCeutica has completed much of the planning and preparations for their Phase III trial and have acquired institutions with funding in both the US and Taiwan to do the Phase III trial. The most interesting is that the drug works well in liver, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers to alleviate not only the problematic symptoms of chemotherapy, but to increase the effectiveness of the chemotherapeutic agent. At present there are trials ongoing or planned in both the US and Taiwan for liver, pancreatic and colorectal cancers.
As for the critical need for funding, PhytoCeutica is in immediate need of $50,000 by Friday and $200,000 by next week to maintain the company and shareholder value. This $250,000 will be utilized for debts and maintenance of the company. Salaries, etc. of the principals will wait until additional funding is acquired. Special treatment will be provided for investor(s) that bring in $250,000 to aid PhytoCeutica to make it through these weeks.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested in being among those providing the rescue financing for PhytoCeutica. Thank you for your time and energy to consider this as a possibility and for the present and future patients who will benefit from this company and their oncology drug.
